JBJackie Banh

Jackie Banh

Lead Chef

Brought a chef's eye for craft, balance, and presentation to the project's look and feel.

Connect on LinkedIn

Jackie is a sushi chef based in Toronto, Canada, and a graduate of George Brown College, where he studied cooking and nutrition. He is a driving force behind the counter at one of the city's most renowned omakase restaurants, a Michelin-starred room that draws guests from around the world for its seasonal tasting menus.

Working the counter of a one-Michelin-star omakase, he has built a reputation for precision, restraint, and a relentless attention to detail. His craft lives in the knife work, the rice, and the timing, shaping each piece so it reaches the guest at its peak.

On this project he advised on taste and presentation, lending the same eye for balance and composition that defines his work at the counter. He helped shape how each wallpaper is framed and paced, favoring calm, uncluttered visuals that let a single moment breathe, much like a single, perfectly formed piece of sushi.
